President Benigno Aquino has just concluded his 4th State of the Nation Address or SONA for today's start of the Philippines'16th Congress. The Philippines' Arroyo is much like the Oscar's, where a majority of our women lawmakers parade on the red carpet, perfectly coiffed and glammed up, donning mostly creations of the Philippine fashion's who's folding box who.
