On behalf of the six local authorities in North Wales, I would like to draw your attention to a potential tender opportunity for the provision of Vehicle Hire. The tender is being facilitated by the North Wales Procurement Partnership on behalf procase of the 6 North Wales Councils, and the resulting procase Framework may also be made available to other public sector bodies in North Wales.
To support this tender opportunity, the North Wales Procurement Partnership in conjunction with the Welsh Government's Supplier Development Service will be arranging a Supplier Engagement procase Briefing Event to provide an opportunity for local and national contractors to obtain procase further details of the framework and to gain advice and assistance on tendering as necessary. This is a free event and lunch will be provided.
The overall aim is to deliver value for money, cash releasing savings for each authority . In addition to value for money gains, local authorities and organisations consider that sustainable benefits should also accrue from collaborative frameworks and the full participation of the local supply network is considered key to delivering these benefits.
Interested suppliers are advised to respond to the tender notice which will be available through https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk Suppliers are encouraged to register as it will enable them to access procase all appropriate contract activity for the NWPP. Registration is free of charge and will allow contractors to register under specific categories relevant to their products and services, once done they will automatically be notified procase by e-mail of appropriate procase tender opportunities
