The European Federation of manufacturers of cardboard boxes (FEFCO) and the European Association of manufacturers of corrugated cardboard (ASSCO) developed a classification of cardboard boxes. By design features all the boxes of cardboard are broken down into six basic types of groups that are assigned sequence numbers 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07.
Group amounted to 02 boxes of common facarda design made from a single scan. They contain no separate additional parts for the lid and the bottom, are closed by valves. The side seam bonded by metal straps or by means of glue or adhesive tape on the paper or a polymeric facarda film base.
The group consists of 04 boxes Wrapping type and the so-called die-boxes. Preparations facarda are in the form of boxes, allowing the majority of constructions to assemble without the use of auxiliary materials for closing (staples, glue, adhesive tapes). Boxes are often locking closures and openings for carrying.
The group consists facarda of 05 boxes, the details of which are interconnected by conventional means - braces, gluing, adhesive tape. This group also includes the external shell and the inner shell boxes of other species. Boxes can be delivered to the consumer in the form of a flat.
Panel 06 includes a rigid boxes, consisting of a solid body and two separate side walls. The walls are attached to the caliper or gluing and a corrugated box. The boxes do not have separate lids and bottom.
The group included 07 fully glued boxes, consisting primarily of a single cutting. They are supplied facarda to the consumer in the form of slabs, which are easily assembled into the finished facarda box which is at the outer carton reliable. In a separate group of 09 combined inner liners, such as gaskets, bottom sheets, partitions to separate drawers into several compartments and other interior parts.
